The Fine Print
(Fees, Retainers, and Cancellations)
Retainers
Your booking is not confirmed until a $100 retainer is received.
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required at the time of booking. You may pay your retainer via Zelle (preferred & already built into most banking apps), Paypal, or Apple Pay. I do NOT accept Venmo for business purposes. The remainder is due at the time of the session. A la carte purchases may also be paid electronically after the fact.
Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable. If absolutely necessary, you'll be offered a one-time opportunity to reschedule your session if you provide at least 48 hours notice, otherwise your retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required. If the photographer must cancel for any reason, your retainer will be refunded or transferred to a new agreed-upon date. Arriving more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time may result in an automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all fees paid.
